Terms and conditions for german shops. You can set a information text to a textarea within onepage checkout and add a document for download. Next release will contain the pos. to set a link to pages with terms and conditions shown in a popup.

Go to admin backend -> choose System->Configuration->Checkout and config for your needs

Informations are displayed within order information in backend.
